A puffy soft place for your precious things or a cold/heat protectant for small bowls. My treasure of an aunt who taught me to sew packed me off to CA with a set of bowl koozies that became a treasured kitchen asset. I've made some giant versions (to hold army helmets worth of soup in) and tiny versions since and they're one of the best ways to hold all my favorite bits.
The bowl has an inner diameter of 4.5" and is 2" deep with four corner tabs for carrying.
My process; design & carve linoleum block snacks and cookies -> prep fabric for printing & place all prints -> cure/wash/iron/cut fabric/interfacing/filler/backing -> machine sew
